MPRO2K는 MIPI C/D-PHY to LVDS 변환을 지원하는 Rx Bridge IC입니다.1:4 Deserialization 구조를 기반으로 Camera Frame Grabber와 CIS Wafer Test 환경에 최적화되어 있으며, Samsung LSI용 64 IC/DUT Card에서 검증된 안정적인 성능을 제공합니다.
Wafer-Level Probing
Dicing 이전 단계에서 각 CIS die를 테스트합니다.Probe Card에 최대 64개의 MPRO2K IC를 탑재해 여러 die의 full-speed MIPI C/D-PHY 신호를 동시에 수신할 수 있습니다.
End-of-Line Inspection
완성된 camera module을 출하 전 고속 조립 라인에서 검사합니다.Sensor operating speed 기준의 테스트를 통해 다양한 defect class를 검출하며, Bridge Board는 연속 운영 환경에서 교체형 consumable component로 사용됩니다.
Pattern Generation
OLED 및 AMOLED panel 검증을 위해 MIPI DSI 기반의 known test pattern을 주입합니다.MPX01K는 FPGA digital output을 MIPI C/D-PHY signal로 변환하여 Display Driver ICs(DDIs)를 직접 구동합니다.
